Dr. Yeu Jin Baik is a highly skilled general dentist with extensive training and a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. Born in South Korea, she spent six years in China and a short time in Canada before moving to the United States in 2004—an international upbringing that shaped her global perspective and multilingual ability. She is fluent in Korean and Mandarin Chinese.
A proud U.S. Army veteran, Dr. Baik served as an active-duty soldier before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. She continues to give back to her community through Mission of Mercy projects and local free dental clinics.
Before opening her own practice, Dr. Baik worked in an emergency dentistry setting, where she treated some of the most urgent and complex dental cases. This experience sharpened her diagnostic skills and gave her the ability to handle even the most intense situations with calm confidence and precision. Combined with her passion for continuing education—having completed extensive advanced training including at the prestigious Kois Center—Dr. Baik brings a rare depth of expertise to every patient she sees.
Her clinical focus includes implant dentistry, Invisalign, cosmetic procedures, and full-mouth rehabilitation. She has a strong interest in cosmetic dentistry and is passionate about helping patients achieve beautiful, confident smiles through a personalized and artistic approach.
She jokes that attending dental conferences and CE courses has become her favorite hobby, but she also enjoys connecting with her local community, exploring new coffee shops, and mentoring younger dentists. Dr. Baik believes that trust, education, and kindness form the foundation of excellent dental care, and she is committed to building lasting relationships with every patient she serves.

Dr. Mark Crocker joins the 100 Dental team after more than a decade practicing in Virginia. He brings a positive, patient-focused approach to comprehensive oral healthcare. Known for creating a warm and compassionate environment, Dr. Crocker takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, concerns, and lifestyle. He believes that trust, knowledge, and communication are the cornerstones of a lasting dentist-patient relationship. Patients often comment on his calming presence and thorough approach, which can make even the most anxious visits feel manageable and rewarding.
Dr. Crocker enjoys continuing dental education and supports whole-body wellness by employing the latest techniques and technology. He has a special interest in functional dentistry, including dental implants and root canal therapy—areas where long-term planning, precision, and a deep understanding of oral-systemic connections are critical. Dr. Crocker has pursued additional
training in implantology, surgical extractions, and sedation dentistry. He looks forward to using his advanced skills to expand the services 100 Dental can provide to its patients.
Dr. Crocker's journey to Texas started in college, although he was unaware of the destination at that time. Dr. Crocker met his future wife, Katherine, during their freshman year at Harvard University. After graduation, they returned to Katherine's home state, where Dr. Crocker completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. After school, the Crockers resided in Richmond and Williamsburg, Virginia, and welcomed three wonderful children—Charles, Cameron, and Celia.
The Crockers relocated to Texas for Katherine to lead a center studying constitutional law as a professor at Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth. They live in Southlake and have loved becoming part of such a welcoming community. With the kids happily settled into schools, sports teams, and church groups, Dr. Crocker is excited for what the family's future in Texas holds.
Outside of work, Dr. Crocker enjoys cooking, exercise, board games, and spending time with his family. He rowed crew and played rugby in college, and nowadays you can find him cheering on his kids at swim meets, basketball games, and their many other activities.
